I have some chins being shipped out to Ontario in the next month so if anyone here wanted to add a chin or two to the flight and share the cost it would be at a good savings.

No breeding, too much of an expense and lots of time that i don't have. I did consider it though as i do have pedigreed chinchillas. My aunt has a couple pairs and i help her out all the time and i deliver the babies for her sometimes i do have lots of chinchillas who take up lots of time especially with all my guinea/skinny pigs

Just because a chinchilla has some sort of a "pedigree" does not mean they should be bred. Responsible breeders have them evaluated for health and quality before ever breeding them. Vet care is very important to discover any health concerns. Attending chinchilla shows is a must to understand what true quality is. The responsible breeder takes these things very seriously.
