I did give her the URLs for this site as well as Kara's info site. So hopefully she will check things out. 
She called me yesterday to update me on the boys. She was so thankful I wrote out a basic chinchilla guide for her cuz the people at the pet stores in Brantford know nothing about chins. She did find a store that will order in the Oxbow food. Yay!
I give her two thumbs up for checking things out already...considering I sent her with 5lbs of food. Many people would have left it until the last minute.
